Yes.
That is a beat-up Toyota Echo sedan with an off-road LED light bar on it’s mismatched hood...
Taken at the local Walmart, as if that were a surprise.

It was one of the last truly honest cheap economy cars. It weighed like 2,200lbs, was available with 3 pedals, got great fuel economy, and was cheap to buy/run. It did what it was designed to do just fine. Nowadays when a Corolla can easily cost mid-20k territory, the Echo is a relic from a lost time by comparison.
